1. Organisational Communication Policies and Procedures 2062

This organisational communications policies and procedure guideline shortly presents rationale, key strategic aims and enlists policies that support internal communications.

Then it outlines in bullets about the following meetings at CENTRAL LEVEL and REGIONAL LEVEL

  • Regular full staff meetings
  • Department meetings

2. Developing Sustainability Plan 2062
  • This guideline presents a short introduction, rationale and objectives. Then it presents a framework for sustainability plan which deals with organisational sustainability, programme sustainability, and financial sustainability.
  • It also deals with about developing an implementation plan, implications and conclusion.
  • It has attached Planning Guideline, Writing a Project Proposal Guideline and Organisation Structures as annexes.
  • This plan seems to be very helpful for DNF's sustainability. This plan is in both English and Nepali attached in one. This is 27 paged document.
3. Developing Human Resource Plan 2062

This guideline analyses the situation and need of DNF and presents the information precisely. It presents introduction, rationale, and objectives at first and then presents a framework for human resource (HR) plan. Under the HR plan framework, it deals with the following topic in particular.

  • Recruitment, selection and placement

  • Termination
