19. Financial Provisions
- Amount received as donation from the government , national and international donor agencies and grant, gift etc. provided that, international donations shall be obtained only after the approval of His Majesty's Government.
- Amount received from the programmes, charity show conducted by this Foundation.
- Amount received from membership fee.
- 25 percent out of the amount received under clause (b) and (c) shall have to be sent to the center and region by the region anddistrict respectively and the remaining amount may be utilized in the respective region and district.
- The regional nad district committees may manage and mobilize their source in their rspective local area.
20. Fund
The amount received from various sources shall be deposited in the fund of this Federation. An account shall be maintained in any local bank in the name of this Federation as per the decision of the Committee and the operation of the account shall be made by the Chairperson, General Secretary and the Treasurer of the Working Committee, Furthermore, the account may be operated by any other person as prescribed by the Working Committee. The fund should be transparent.
21. Audit
An accountant shall be managed for the purpose of work performance relating to account of this Federation. At the end of each fiscal year, the accounts shall get audited by a registered auditor recognized by His Majesty's Government and a report thereof shall be submitted to the Local Adminstration and it shall be sent to the concerned bodies as per the necessity.
