Preamble:-

Whereas, it is felt necessary to enhance the capacity of the member associations by establishing a Federation for unified movement against racial discrimination to maintain unity and coordination among the Dalit non governmental organizations and associations working for the political economic and social justice as well as equality for the Dalit Community and to eliminate racial and all types of discrimination in the kingdom of Nepal.
And whereas, it is expedient to bring Dalit into the mainstream of overall national development;
Now, therefore, Dalit NGO Federation has been established and this Statue is hereby promulgated.
