DNF Annual Report 2007
INTERNATIONAL AID AND DALIT COMMUNITIES IN NEPAL
The Dalit NGO Federation (DNF) carried out this research study on the spending of international aid in Nepal and how it contributes to the development of Dlait communities with the leading role of Dr. Jagadish C. Pokharel. DNF turned this research into publication to sensitize and raise awareness about this situation in the (inter)national community and Government of Nepal. This publication can be used as a strong tool for fighting against poverty and for getting Dalits mainstreamed in the national development.

2055 BS, First Amendment 2058 and second amendment 2061
CODE OF CONDUCT 2061

DNF's member organizations are increasing day-by-day. Therefore, by realizing a need of a policy that help for managing membership and making DNF's membership accessible to all Dalit NGOs working across the country, adhering the articles and provisions of DNF's statute, it has developed and published a membership distribution and management guideline 2060. This has been printed in Nepali language and published in DNF's website in English language.
INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION ON THE ELIMINATION OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION and the Provisions against Discrimination in Big Six Treaties
Caste based discrimination is a challenge against human dignity. Dalits are striving for their human rights by forming organizations at different levels. However, because of lingual problems they are unaware of human rights provisions stated in different international conventions and treaties. Therefore, for bridging this gap, DNF has translated the International Convention on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and major provisions against discrimination in other human rights treaties into Nepali and published in a compiled form. Mr. Rajan Sunar, a legal officer of Legal Aid and Advisory Division under DNF, has accomplished this task.
